Just as a note, a change to the Load Balancer service added X-Forwarded-For as well, so the change to X-Cluster-Client-IP is not required anymore.

Great news about the email. ZK just keeps getting better. Yes I agree with danicp-major brands are blowing it on Facebook with tabs that don’t work. We just closed a website deal and client said the section on hosting (in our proposal) was one of the determining factors.

I agree with Annabelle. The way you handled this is just one of the many reasons we’re moving more sites your way, including our biggest client. That-and your awesome service and , well, zippy hosting.
We’ve had to managing growth. Slowing down is difficult but critical. Otherwise you end up with unmanageable growth, AKA a cluster-and can also sacrifice longevity.
99% up time still leaves a good 8 hours of downtime a year. I don’t hear Blue Daddy talking about that.
